While the Ubuntu Phone efforts are basically on-hold until migrating to a Snap-based Ubuntu Phone/Touch image, OTA-15 was released today.

Ubuntu OTA-15 is rolling out today to Ubuntu Phone users, but it's not worth getting too excited about.

OTA-15 though isn't a feature update but is basically about security/bug fixes. There are some fixes for the cameras on some devices, Ubuntu Tablet suspending while playing audio/video in the browser, and issues regarding access to certain web-pages. Oxide-qt was also updated.

The really short details on Ubuntu OTA-15 can be found via this Wiki page.

Don't expect any big feature releases anytime soon, as mentioned in the release announcement, "This is a security bugfix update only, actually only including changes to oxide and the webbrowser. The next future OTAs will most likely be very similar, concentrating only on critical security issues - until ubuntu-personal enters the touch world with its snaps."
