Xen 4.5 Released With Many Hypervisor Updates
Xen 4.5 was released yesterday with many new features and improvements to existing functionality.
Xen 4.5 features HPET improvements, real time scheduler improvements, initial PVH domain support, Broadwell SMAP support, Sandy Bridge vAPIC extension support, ARM hypervisor support for more than 1TB guests, GIC v1.3 support, IOMMU support for ARM, and numerous new platform support. There's also now 64-bit ARM support in Xen 4.5 for the AMD Seattle, HP Moonshot McDivitt, and APM Mustang AArch64 development boards. Other ARM boards also gained support like Calxeda's Midway, Vexpress, OMAP5, ODROID-XU, CubeBoard/CubieTruck, etc.
