SYSTEMD
Lennart Poettering has announced the release of systemd 233.

Systemd 233 is now available as the latest version of this widely-used init manager for Linux systems. Systemd 233 is the project's first release of 2017, with this being the first update since last November.

Systemd 233 comes with a wide array of new features and improvements as outlined here.

For those building systemd from source rather than getting it from your distribution vendor, v233 can be fetched from GitHub.
