wxWidgets 3.1.0 Brings Better HiDPI Support, wxQt With Qt5
wxWidgets 3.1.0 was released yesterday as a new development release for this cross-platform toolkit.
The wxWidgets 3.1.0 release has improvements to HiDPI monitor support, the wxQt branch landed with Qt5-based wxWidgets API support, wxNativeWindow now allows embedding native widgets in wxWidgets programs, and wxGLCanvas has better support for modern OpenGL.
Some other changes for wxWidgets 3.1.0 include support for requesting OpenGL 3.x+ OpenGL core contexts, support for building wxGTK3 under Windows, wxOSX improvements, a new configuration option on Linux for enabling C++11 support, and various other changes. Being a development release, API stability isn't ensured and there are some incompatible changes compared to wxWidgets 3.0.
