The RADV/RadeonSI performance at 1080p tended to be less compelling than the results at 4K or 1440p. At the more demanding resolutions, the RX 590 tended to deliver usually up to a 14% speed-up while that was seen in some 1080p tests, with some games it was just a few percent gain. The RX 580/590 were only running around the GTX 1060 performance with these Linux games at 1080p while at the higher resolutions the AMD Polaris cards performed closer to the GTX 1070 in many instances.
