Windows 11 vs. Ubuntu Linux Performance Is Very Close On The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
For some workloads it still pays off running Linux on the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X for greater performance than Windows 11, but at least where things stand right now it's a much narrower scope than seen with prior AMD/Intel processors in similar comparisons. We'll see how AMD optimizations in the months ahead play out for both Windows and Linux.
