Available beginning today is going to be the AMD VPR-4616-MB platform as a mini-ITX solution with the Ryzen Embedded R2314 and Versal AI Edge 2302 IP so customers can begin prototyping Embedded+ solutions. Sapphire Technology is manufacturing this reference platform.

AMD Embedded+ reference kit for Linux

AMD Embedded+ begins to better incorporate Xilinx IP beyond the existing Ryzen AI NPU in order to offer a more comprehensive portfolio of offerings for the much-expanding edge AI inference space, IoT sensor collection and monitoring, industrial networking and control, and more. It will be interesting to see what products come to market built on the AMD Embedded+ architecture. Whatever comes about, it's likely to be leveraging Linux.
