AMD EPYC 9554 & EPYC 9654 Benchmarks - Outstanding Performance For Linux HPC/Servers
With RELION the generational improvement was less but still significant from Milan(X) to Genoa.
AMG was one of the few benchmarks where the Xeon Platinum 8362/8380 Ice Lake processors could pull ahead of the EPYC Milan flagship processors but that was no longer the case with Genoa.
While having higher power consumption, the EPYC Genoa processors were delivering great power efficiency.
Across a wide range of HPC benchmarks, the EPYC Genoa processor performance has simply been phenomenal. The past few weeks of running EPYC Genoa has been some of the most compelling performance benchmark results I've seen over the past 18+ years with the incredible generational uplift while still delivering leading power efficiency and value.
