GravityMark benchmark with settings of Resolution: 1920 x 1080, Renderer: Vulkan. Ryzen 7 8700G was the fastest.

While the Ryzen 5 8600G's Radeon 760M graphics are clocked 100MHz lower than the Radeon 780M graphics with the Ryzen 7 8700G and four less graphics cores, the Ryzen 5 8600G still packed a nice punch when it came to the integrated graphics performance on AMD's open-source Linux driver. With the demanding GravityMark benchmark, the Ryzen 5 8600G was still much faster than the prior generation 5000G series Vega graphics or the RDNA2 integrated graphics found with the Ryzen 7000 series. Additionally, the Ryzen 8000G series are much faster than the 14th Gen Core Raptor Lake Refresh graphics performance.

To some surprise though the Raptor Lake Refresh CPUs did deliver better performance-per-Watt while running this demanding Vulkan graphics benchmark.

3DMark Wild Life Extreme benchmark with settings of Resolution: 1920 x 1080. Ryzen 7 8700G was the fastest.

With the 3DMark Wild Life Extreme native Linux benchmark, the Ryzen 5 8600G was at 81% the performance of the Ryzen 7 8700G and still much faster than prior generation parts or the Intel competition.

The Ryzen 5000G series continued to exhibit the best performance-per-Watt during these integrated graphics tests followed by the Intel 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh CPUs.

For those wanting to make the most of your integrated graphics and forego any discrete graphics, the Ryzen 8000G series is very interesting and in a class of their own.
