Trying The Configurable 45 Watt TDP With AMD's A10-7800 / A6-7400K

Moving over to the compute focused tests, we see the A6-7400K performance finally being lowered by running with the reduced TDP.

The A6-7400K performance was lower by 14% with the 45 Watt TDP while the A10-7400K was also slower by a similar margin.
