The results in this article show that while the Radeon HD 8210 Kabini APU Graphics can outpace the Catalyst driver when using the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver for some OpenGL workloads, the overall performance of this E1-2100 chip is very poor and only interesting for its low-cost and low power requirements. The E1-2100 is good enough for running a composited Linux desktop but for anything else you will quickly run into CPU bottlenecks with even older Radeon HD 4000 series graphics cards having much greater OpenGL performance on the open-source Linux drivers.
