AMD Kaveri's Open Radeon Performance Now Multiple Times Faster

Overall, the Radeon DPM support and color tiling make the AMD Kaveri open-source driver performance a heck of a lot faster. With the Linux 3.14 kernel we should see dynamic power management flipped on by default for Kaveri while a forthcoming xf86-video-ati update should enable color tiling by default on this latest-generation APU with Radeon R7 Graphics. In terms of how the Catalyst performance compares, we'll wait until an upcoming Catalyst driver release to facilitate the comparison -- at which point RadeonSI OpenGL 3.3 will hopefully be merged -- to do a very interesting Linux GPU driver showdown.
