First up with a basic SQLite test, the RAID0 performance wasn't any faster than the single SanDisk drive while using RAID1 resulted in a performance loss, which was partially made up when enabling the Btrfs LZO compression.

A bit strange, the random and sequential read performance with FIO was better with RAID0 but not with RAID1.

With FS_Mark, the losses due to using RAID1 were more then made up for when enabling LZO compression, but keep in mind that these are synthetic tests where the data can be easily compressed.
