Clear Linux Now Offers Radeon Mesa Graphics Support, Yields Speed Advantage In Some Tests

First up are some 2D/X tests before getting to the OpenGL tests.

Interestingly, in a majority of the JXRenderMark tests, Clear Linux was significantly faster than Ubuntu Linux, even when Ubuntu 18.04 LTS was in an upgraded state to match the Linux 4.16 kernel and Mesa 18.2-dev. Though it is also worth pointing out Clear Linux is on X.Org Server 1.20 that might be able to explain some of the performance difference in these X11 tests given that GLAMOR was improved upon in 1.20, but as seen with the OpenGL tests, there are gains to be found there too...
