Starting off with the boat/ship demo scene, the AMDGPU-PRO results provided a rather nice showing with their OpenCL implementation being much more competitive to NVIDIA's Linux driver than their OpenGL implementation and to a lesser extent Vulkan. With this OpenCL photography benchmarking, the R9 Fury was running between a GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 while the RX 480 was coming in between a GTX 1060 and 980 Ti.
