BIOS:

ECS uses American Megatrends Inc (AMI) for the BIOSes on their motherboards. The ECS A790GXM-A is much like the one found on the 780G motherboard with the same basic set of features. From the PC Health Status area there is monitoring of the CPU temperature, system temperature, CPU fan speed, system fan speed, power fan speed, CPU Vcore, and VDIMM. When it comes to overclocking, the CPU voltage can be increased up to +300mV. The DDR2 DIMM voltage can be increased up to +630mV and the 790GX Northbridge can be increased +315mV. The overclocking is controlled through ECS's M.I.B. or MB Intelligent BIOS.
