Initial Benchmarks Of Fedora 32 Linux Performance

With various Fortran benchmarks conducted, we were finding Fedora 32 to either perform the same or offer slight advantages over Fedora 31 thanks to the new Gfortran of GCC 10.0.

Fedora 32 is still using OpenJDK 8 as the default Java version on Fedora 32 (that will likely shift to OpenJDK 11 in Fedora 33) while for now there was some slight performance churn from being rebuilt by GCC 10.
