Early GCC 7 Compiler Benchmarks On Linux: Some Performance Improvements

The SciMark2 C-based benchmarks improved under GCC 7.0.0.

The FFT performance improved ever so slightly with this SciMark2 sub-test.

The SciMark2 test really jumping ahead with GCC 7 and boosting the already shown composite score was the Dense LU Matrix Factorization performance is much faster than earlier GCC releases.

In many C/C++ benchmarks, GCC 7.0 is currently not any faster than GCC 5/6.
