TSCP looks like it might be a bit slower under GCC 7 as a regression.

For the most part, GCC 7 seems to be having mostly small performance changes.

The timed compilation performance of ImageMagick with GCC 7 is a big improvement over GCC 6.2, which in turn had slowed down a lot since GCC 5.4.

While the ImageMagick compilation benefited from GCC 7, the compilation times of the Linux kernel and PHP were rather unchanged.
