GNOME XWayland Radeon Gaming Performance Is In Good Shape For Ubuntu 21.04

The Linux gaming performance for both OpenGL and Vulkan games was offering similar performance whether run via the GNOME X.Org session or on Wayland, similar to our last round of tests and much better off than in years prior.

This testing was with Radeon RADV and RadeonSI on Mesa 21.1-devel. When testing with the AMDVLK driver we have seen Vulkan games misbehave with XWayland and vsync-like behavior for some benchmarks, but that hasn't been a problem with RADV.
