The Celeron J1900 is passively cooled via an aluminum heatsink covering a good portion of the mini-ITX motherboard. For case fans or assisting with other cooling, there's two 3-pin fan headers just past the heatsink next to the SATA port. This mini-ITX board also has headers for an LVDS panel, two COM ports, USB, VGA, keyboard, and the other usual ports. The MITX-6771 also has a SIM slot for 3G/4G/LGE connectivity.

For the two DDR3L SO-DIMM slots, the Celeron J1900 can handle up to 8GB of memory between the two memory channels. The maximum memory speed supported is DDR3L-1333. The Intel HD Graphics found with the J1900 have a base frequency of 688MHz and a maximum dynamic frequency of 854MHz. Up to two displays can be drive simultaneously using the Bay Trail graphics.

Powering the motherboard is done via a +19V DC connector at the rear motherboard I/O panel. Other I/O ports include four USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, VGA, HDMI, and microphone/speaker audio jacks.

Overall the motherboard is laid out quite well and shouldn't cause any issues in assembling a nice system around it. The Realtek RTL8111F ASIC provides Gigabit Ethernet while the audio is provided by a Realtek ALC662 chip.
