Intel Arc Graphics A750/A770 Performance Ahead Of Linux 6.2 + Mesa 23.0

F1 22 has matured enough with Steam Play that I'm now using it in future Linux graphics comparisons in place of F1 2021. While the Windows F1 22 is running well with RADV and NVIDIA graphics, unfortunately, the Arc Graphics with Mesa 23.0-devel was hanging during the game load. In no F1 22 settings configuration with the driver stack used was I able to get the game to successfully load. Eventually the game's EGO Dumper would fire up with the hung game.

With Grand Theft Auto V running under Steam Play, when using the Intel Arc Graphics the game was stuck indefinitely on "Initializing Social Club" for some loads while other times would hit a "Social club failed to initialize. Error code 17."... A problem not encountered with either the AMD Radeon or NVIDIA graphics cards/drivers on Linux. Using the same test configuration, etc, for whatever issue GTA 5 gets stuck with the "social club" crap that requires the benchmark from running.

Strange Brigade as another Steam Play title on Linux showed the Arc Graphics A750/A770 performing well with the Radeon RX 600 series.

In the case of The Talos Principle, the Arc Graphics performance for the cards tested was just under that of the Radeon RX 6600.
