A First Look At The Intel Broadwell NUC Kit

The HD Graphics 5500 with this NUC Kit can be connected to a display using mini HDMI 1.4a or mini DisplayPort 1.2. 4K video out is supported. This NUC has 7.1 channel surround sound support via both the mini HDMI/DP ports. There's also a headphone and microphone hack on the front panel.

Connectivity for this Broadwell NUC include two USB 3.0 ports on the back, two USB 3.0 ports on the front, and an internal USB 2.0 header. This NUC has Intel Gigabit network support and WiFi is provided via an Intel Wireless-AC 7265 chipset.

This NUC measures in at 115 x 111 x 48.7 mm and its chassis is comprised of aluminum and plastic. Overall it feels very nice and is quite durable.
