With the new Blender 4.1 software, surprisingly Linux 6.9 showed a significant reduction in CPU render time all while operating around the same power level.

With Intel's OSPRay Studio software there was also a noticeable advantage of running Meteor Lake on Linux 6.9 compared to 6.8 and prior.
