Starting off with the Flexible I/O Tester and doing random reads, the Intel SSDSC2BW12 was averaging 52MB/s, which was ahead of the Force LX and Solid 2 but behind the EVO 840 and Vertex 3.

When carrying out random writes, this Intel Series 530 SSD was near the bottom of the pact with only coming ahead of the old OCZ SOLID 2.

With sequential reads, the Intel Series 530 120GB SSD was slightly ahead of the Corsair Force LX and Solid 2.

The Corsair Force LX did very well with sequential writes, which left the Intel SSD only faster than OCZ's old Serial ATA 2.0 era SOLID 2 MLC SSD.
