Running The New Open-Source NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series Support In Linux 6.2

Not terribly surprising given the past GeForce GTX 900 through RTX 20 series Nouveau testing over the years, but this initial RTX 30 series open-source performance with Linux 6.2 is terribly slow.

More demanding OpenGL tests like Unigine Heaven and Unigine Superposition failed to run on the RTX 3060 Ti. Again, the NVK driver isn't yet in a proper state for Linux gaming use with Vulkan API.

Once the Nouveau driver is adapted to properly make use of the NVIDIA GPU System Processor, hopefully we'll see the re-clocking issues quickly addressed. But until then the GeForce GTX 900 series and later performance remains painfully slow for this upstream open-source Nouveau Linux kernel driver.
