Timed Gem5 Compilation benchmark with settings of Time To Compile. amd_pstate performance was the fastest.
Timed Godot Game Engine Compilation benchmark with settings of Time To Compile. amd_pstate_epp performance performance was the fastest.
Timed Linux Kernel Compilation benchmark with settings of Build: allmodconfig. acpi_cpufreq schedutil was the fastest.
Timed Node.js Compilation benchmark with settings of Time To Compile. amd_pstate performance was the fastest.

For those just concerned about achieving maximum performance, nothing has really changed with AMD P-State or ACPI CPUFreq drivers in the performance governor mode generally having the best showing while AMD P-State EPP can effectively match them as well at the same power consumption rate.

I'll be carrying out similar tests on some lower-end AMD EPYC/Ryzen platforms soon.
