A real-world area where the AMD EPYC 9684X 2P performance was tending to deliver some nice evolutionary improvements was for the OpenVINO AI toolkit. For reasons yet to be determined/bisected, the AMD EPYC performance for OpenVINO was delivering some better throughput and lower latency with Linux 6.9.
