LLVM Clang 3.9 Mostly Trails GCC In Compiler Performance

With the Himeno pressure solver, Clang fell to the back of the race.

Clang 3.9 appeared to regress with ebizzy.

In the timed compilation tests, Clang no longer has the huge advantage it did during the GCC 4.x days of competition... Clang 3.9 also appears to be slower on compile-times.

Clang remains much slower than GCC for the C-Ray multi-threaded ray-tracer.
