LLVM/Clang 3.2 Compiler Competing With GCC

There isn't much difference out of the VP8 libvpx encoding benchmark.

There also is no change in performance out of x264 for H.264 video encoding.

GraphicsMagick struggles when built under LLVM/Clang due to the lack of OpenMP support by the open-source compiler. In some GraphicsMagick test cases though there are small performance regressions going from LLVM/Clang 3.1 to 3.2.
