Batman: Arkham Origins is one of the few benchmark-friendly Steam Play games currently running well on the driver stacks with the current state of Proton/Wine. The RX Vega cards were aligned to the GTX 1070 while the RX 580 was slightly ahead of the GTX 1060, just as the performance should be.

F1 2018 is the most surprising Steam Play success we've seen so far with this recent Windows D3D11 game running great under Linux thanks to Steam Play with Proton and DXVK. The performance here though shows room for improvement with the RX 580 coming up short of the GTX 1060 while the RX Vega cards were only competing with the GTX 980 Ti, well below the GTX 1070 performance. See the recent Steam Play Linux game benchmarks while more tests will come as the Windows game catalog matures on Linux.

F1 2017 is a native Linux game port and here with its Vulkan-based renderer the performance is coming in short of expectations both for Polaris and Vega.
