The only regressions spotted during testing were with yquake2 on OpenGL where both the RX 6700/6800 XT performance slipped, but there that open-source Quake 2 game is still running at 1000+ FPS....

For the most part these benchmarks were very uneventful when looking at Ubuntu 22.04's stock Mesa against the upcoming Mesa 22.2 on Radeon RX 6000 series hardware. Overall though that's also a good sign with the open-source RDNA2 driver support being very mature at this point aside from still working on RADV ray-tracing, keeping up with new Vulkan extensions, and other work. Those wanting to go through even more of the mostly unchanged results can find all the data points via this result page.
