Mesa 20.0's RADV + ACO Vulkan Driver Now Consistently Beating AMD's AMDVLK Linux Driver

Strange Brigade running on Linux under Steam Play was also showing RADV ACO either competing with AMDVLK or outperforming it.

ACO allowed a bit more performance to be squeezed out of the AMD Radeon graphics cards with Thrones of Britannia.
