Testing Out The Major Nouveau libdrm Rewrite

The Reaction game is faster with the newer Git components over the Nouveau stack in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin", but there's nothing gained out of the libdrm changes for this Linux game. The NVIDIA binary blob remains multiple times faster.

When running Xonotic with low quality settings in a few tests there are some minor improvements with the new libdrm over the Git code from the pre-libdrm-rewrite merging. Unfortunately, there are no Nexuiz results (the game where the libdrm rewrite is reported to have the biggest impact), since Nexuiz on Nouveau in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS is still failing.

Xonotic with high quality visuals did not see any performance changes.
