Nouveau Driver Power Management Against The NVIDIA Blob

To some surprise, and dissenting from the open-source Radeon driver results, the Nouveau driver was actually consuming less power while running OpenArena than the proprietary NVIDIA driver. This is probably due to not fully initializing the graphics processor or the Nouveau driver mistakenly throwing it into a different power/performance state.

Like the idling GPU thermal results, the GeForce 8 series with the NVIDIA driver had operated more warmly than the Nouveau driver, while the GeForce 9 series was comparable for the 9500GT and the blob produced a much lower operating temperature than Nouveau.
