When running under Rise of the Tomb Raider, while Vulkan-based the RADV performance is closer in line to the NVIDIA Linux performance. Rise of the Tomb Raider at 1440p with medium quality settings saw the performance of this ASUS GeForce GTX 1660 between the RX 580 and RX 590 graphics cards.
The performance-per-Watt, of course, remains a very different story with Polaris and Vega simply not being as power efficiency as Turing.
