Rise of the Tomb Raider, the Vulkan-rendered Linux native game port, was one of the few titles seeing clear performance improvements out of Mesa 19.1 on both the Polaris and Vega GPUs.

Most of the other tested Linux native game ports saw their performance flat with Mesa 19.1.

The open-source Xonotic first person shooter regressed slightly.

Overall the Mesa 19.1 performance is largely unchanged compared to Mesa 19.0 at least for the RX 590 / RX Vega 64 but at least no glaring regressions unless counting Xonotic. Those wanting to dig through more (flat) results can find them via OpenBenchmarking.org.
