With the popular Counter-Strike: Global Offensive game the RadeonSI performance on this R9 Fury rig went up by about 35% since mid 2015! Since about Mesa 12.0, the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver has been faster than the AMDGPU-PRO hybrid driver.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided only works on RadeonSI going back to Mesa 13.0.1, but from here at low quality settings we already see massive improvements with 13.1-dev Git.

With the Enemy Territory Legacy open-source project, the performance is up by 55%, mainly since the Mesa 13.0 release. While the performance has improved, it's still coming up short of AMDGPU-PRO for this game.
