Dota 2 at 1080p showed the RX 580 and R9 Fury with RADV Vulkan outperforming the RadeonSI OpenGL results while the RX 560 was slightly slower with Vulkan.

But when pushing the system harder with Dota 2 at 4K, the performance sided with the mature RadeonSI driver.

Dawn of War 3 regardless of resolution or image quality level was seeing much better performance with OpenGL over Vulkan. I will be doing a similar RADV vs/ Vulkan comparison again shortly using a low-end CPU, which may change the outcome of this graphics API battle, but then again if you are using a R9 Fury or even RX 580, you are probably not relying upon a Core i3 / Ryzen 3 system for Linux gaming.
