RADV vs. AMDGPU-PRO Vulkan Performance vs. OpenGL In May 2017

First up was Dota 2 and at least when running it at lower resolutions, AMDGPU-PRO's Vulkan implementation remains much faster than RADV. (The OpenGL comparison later in this article.)

During this time, RADV was having lower CPU utilization than the AMDGPU-PRO driver.

When running Dota 2 at 4K, the Radeon RX 580 appears to run into an odd performance issue with RADV that makes it fall behind even the RX 480... Perhaps related to the RX 550 also having issues currently with RADV?
