Razer's DeathAdder 1800DPI mouse is effectively identical to the previously reviewed 3500DPI model, just with a different sensor. From the exterior, the two mice are indistinguishable and even carry the same model and part numbers. This mouse has the same five large button design, somewhat of a rubberized feel to the surface of the mouse, and a large footprint. The dimensions of the DeathAdder are 128 x 70 x 42.5 mm, which is significantly larger than some of Razer's earlier products like the Copperhead and Diamondback.

The button layout for the DeathAdder are two buttons on the left side, the standard left and right mouse buttons on the top, and then the scroll wheel serves as the fifth button. With our review unit sent over by Razer we had the Nova Blue model, which illuminates blue in the palm rest area of the mouse with a continuously fading Razer logo and then the scroll wheel itself. On the bottom of the DeathAdder is a button for switching profiles (different configuration stores that can be configured through Razer's software) and three large Teflon feet. The Razer DeathAdder was manufactured in China.

Here is a side-by-side with the original DeathAdder. Good luck finding any visible differences.
