When taking the geometric mean of the 36 GPU compute tests carried out under Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux with the latest NVIDIA drivers on each platform, the overall performance was about the same.

The workloads worth mentioning include seeing better performance on Ubuntu 21.04 for FAHBench (Folding@Home), Chaos Group's V-RAY CUDA performance, MAXON RedShift, and Blender CUDA/OptiX performance. Windows 10 enjoyed faster performance with select LuxCoreRender scenes.
