Included with the TS07 enclosure is a 12V DC power adapter, a 100mm USB 3.0 cable, stand, and user's manual. The TS07 has a nice black exterior. Making the TS07 rather nice is that this 3.5-inch enclosure is tool-less with a release slide for opening the enclosure and sliding out the disk tray, which is also tool-less. Securing the hard drive is a unique latch system that does not require any screws. Installing and removing a SATA 3.5-inch hard drive was extremely easy.

On the TS07 exterior next to the tray release switch is a power switch, USB 3.0 connection, and the +12V DC power input. There is also a green LED indicator for power and disk activity. Unless using an adapter, the TS07 is not compatible with 2.5-inch disk drives. The TS07 utilizes an Asmedia ASM1051E controller.

As expected, when plugging the external enclosure into an Ubuntu Linux desktop, there were not any problems and the device was working straightaway.
