LLVM Clang vs. GCC vs. AOCC - AMD Threadripper

The fastest compiler for building out PHP was GCC 7.3.0 followed by GCC 8.1.0. Clang once dominated in compiler speed, but not so much anymore.

GCC also still leads when it came to the performance of the C-Ray ray-tracer.
