Intel Open Image Denoise benchmark with settings of Run: RT.hdr_alb_nrm.3840x2160, Device: CPU-Only. Ubuntu 23.10 was the fastest.
Intel Open Image Denoise benchmark with settings of Run: RT.ldr_alb_nrm.3840x2160, Device: CPU-Only. Ubuntu 23.10 was the fastest.
OSPRay benchmark with settings of Benchmark: particle_volume/scivis/real_time. Windows 11 Pro H2-23 was the fastest.
OSPRay benchmark with settings of Benchmark: particle_volume/pathtracer/real_time. Ubuntu 23.10 + Perf Gov was the fastest.
OSPRay benchmark with settings of Benchmark: gravity_spheres_volume/dim_512/ao/real_time. CentOS Stream 9 was the fastest.
OSPRay benchmark with settings of Benchmark: gravity_spheres_volume/dim_512/pathtracer/real_time. Ubuntu 23.10 + Perf Gov was the fastest.

The one consistent result was that the Linux distributions were generally outperforming Microsoft Windows 11 Professional on this AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO workstation.

7-Zip Compression benchmark with settings of Test: Compression Rating. openSUSE Tumbleweed was the fastest.

The Linux distributions besides Ubuntu 23.10 performed better with the 7-Zip compression benchmark.

asmFish benchmark with settings of 1024 Hash Memory, 26 Depth. CentOS Stream 9 was the fastest.
Y-Cruncher benchmark with settings of Pi Digits To Calculate: 1B. CentOS Stream 9 was the fastest.
Y-Cruncher benchmark with settings of Pi Digits To Calculate: 10B. Ubuntu 23.10 + Perf Gov was the fastest.

The performance governor switch with the secondary run on Ubuntu 23.10 didn't make much of a difference in most of these Threadripper PRO 7995WX results.
