Ubuntu 20.04 Gaming Performance Across Desktops, X.Org vs. Wayland

With HITMAN 2 running on Linux under Steam Play, the only outlier was the KDE Plasma Wayland session seeing slightly lower performance as far as the average FPS goes but on a frame time basis came in line overall with the other desktops.

For anyone still enjoying Valve's Portal game, even at 4K it still runs with ease on a Radeon VII.... The fastest results here were actually when running the game through (X)Wayland desktops.

The overall FPS average was flat for Rise of the Tomb Raider on these Ubuntu 20.04 desktops, but one interesting note was the higher minimum FPS when running KDE Plasma on Wayland.
