Tiger Lake Linux 2021 Ubuntu 21.04 vs. 21.10 Dev

Here is a look at the side-by-side metrics of tests with a measurable difference between Ubuntu Linux releases. The biggest gains with Ubuntu 21.10 were found from the Gen12 / Xe Graphics improvements with the newer Mesa but in various CPU/system workloads were also nice improvements to find too. Those wishing to go through all 60+ tests in full between Ubuntu 21.04 vs. 21.10 on this Core i7 1165G7 notebook, see this OpenBenchmarking.org result file. I'll have a broader cross-distribution Tiger Lake Linux performance comparison coming up soon on Phoronix for seeing how Ubuntu 21.10 is competing with the likes of Fedora 35, Arch Linux, Clear Linux, and others.
