At eight threads of 32MB writes, ZFS was still faster than Btrfs while EXT4 and the UFS file-systems continued to barely put out.

At 16 threads, however, Btrfs continued to handle these random writes just fine while the performance of ZFS immediately degraded and was running at the slow speed of the EXT4 and UFS file-systems.

At 32 threads of 32MB random writes, Btrfs continued running just fine while ZFS dropped to writing at 1.67MB/s, this was barely faster than the UFS+S speed of 1.63MB/s.
