Huang Rui of AMD today published another 15 patches surrounding Iceland PowerPlay support.

Open-source Iceland support was rocky when first introduced and it's still being polished up in the DRM driver code. These patches introduce PowerPlay support for these select mobile GPUs.

However, by default the PowerPlay support is still disabled unless manually setting the powerplay module option.

Some other (non-Iceland) new open-source AMD patches this week include shadow page table support and GFX/UVD/VCE PG v3.
