Alex Deucher of AMD has sent in yet more AMDGPU DRM driver updates for targeting the Linux 4.3 kernel merge window.

The work queued by the open-source AMD team they're working to land in this latest pull request include resume from suspend fixes for VCE video encoding, fixing a GPU scheduler warning, re-enabling GPUVM fault interrupts, a GPUVM page table hang fix when paging, and other fices. In total it's just over 50 lines of new code.

Details on this latest AMDGPU update for Linux 4.3 can be found via this mailing list message.

The primary AMDGPU additions already landed for Linux 4.3 include initial AMD Fiji/Fury support and the experimental GPU scheduler. The experimental scheduler still needs more time to bake as does the open-source R9 Fury performance.
